This session might look different for each person. Most important is that I hold a safe space where you can address everything and anything that is holding you back form being the person you want to become. After initial consultation, I will select techniques which are best to address your unique situation & circumstances. It might be: talk therapy, NLP, Introspective Hypnosis, shadow work, 'Healing an Inner Child, parts therapy, clinical hypnosis, tapping, guided meditation or other relaxation techniques, energy clearing techniques, affirmations, spiritual counseling and other. This session has a power to give you insightful knowledge, fresh perspective, greatly needed empowerment. It is like 'pealing onion layers'=process of becoming, figuring things out, process of healing nontangible wounds. It can be used with many intensions in mind, because it can have nearly unlimited applications. This process might be very interactive, but there are techniques where talking is not even necessary. Ether way, this process is guided by you, you are in control, always awake & aware. I will use all my knowledge & intension to help you, & the results will depending on your willingness & intension. You are welcome to book multiple sessions, as needed in your personal journey.
