Introspective Hypnosis is a modality that is not only 'treating' the symptoms you are struggling with but is effectively addressing issues at their origin. Introspective Hypnosis is a therapy session and a spiritual journey of empowerment that is not religious & goes along your current belief system. This is a very interactive session that has the power to give you insightful knowledge, fresh perspective, and greatly needed empowerment. It gives you the opportunity to attend to old wounds & empowers you for your current unique challenges. You will let go of what holds you back from being the person you want to be. During the session, in a safe space, I am assisting you in a very natural process of self-discovery & self-transformation. I'm here to help you connect with your inner wisdom, reach your goals in a healthy way, and become the best version of yourself. Introspective Hypnosis is a method of regressive hypnotherapy, which I have learned from Antonio Sangio & Alba Weinman, who learned from Aurelio Mejia, Dolores Cannon & others. All of them have treated thousands of clients with amazing results. This session starts with a detailed review of your life, followed by a hypnosis session which might take from 2-3h depending on the individual journey needed.
